Big Brother is exploding, but now Survivor is in the hot seat. Did people want that?
The fifth episode of The Challenge: USA received:
- 2.076 million viewers
- A 0.17 rating in the 18-34 demo
- A 0.38 rating in the 18-49 demographic
Overall viewership dropped by 105,000 people, and the key demos took hits as well, so this was a pretty bad week for the show. Meanwhile, Big Brother moved up to 3.834 million viewers, which is an increase of 68,000 viewers from last Wednesday’s episode. It’s not a good look when Big Brother, The Challenge’s lead-in, goes up while The Challenge goes down.
