The Official Challenge Podcast is revisiting Free Agents, and this week, Cara Maria joined Devyn and Aneesa. They got caught up, talked about the show, and chatted about what she’s currently doing in life.
And of course, Laurel’s name gets brought up. It’s only natural, Laurel did eliminate Cara this season. Jump to minute 34 if you just wanna here this portion of the podcast.
So, Cara Maria does say she was a little confused during the season because Laurel was suddenly BFFs with Jessica, but they squashed the beef after the show. We saw this at the reunion.
But then War of the Worlds 2 happened, and the relationship clearly has its ups and downs.
On the podcast, Cara Maria said that there are some people who just aren’t meant to be friends, and she doesn’t feel her energy is best spent pursuing a relationship with Laurel. So, they’re not close right now.
Of course, the two are on All Stars 4. This could mean that there’s some drama that unfolded that season that Cara doesn’t want to talk about yet. Or, it could mean that the two avoided each other and agreed to live and let live.
We’ll likely get the answers on that season, whenever it airs, but it’s safe to assume that the outcome isn’t going to end with two BFFs.
