Challenge: USA 2

The Challenge USA 2: Top Players from Episode 6

Who are the most important players on The Challenge USA 2 episode 6?

Alyssa L. is gone thanks to the randomness of the Hopper, so the cast better smarten up and win. Keep in mind, this is just a roundup of the most prominent Challengers, not a full recap. The full episode is up on Paramount+, so you can stream it over there.

10. Cory Wharton

Despite losing this week, Cory manages to keep himself safe. However, he is left to watch Wes squirm and go into elimination, knowing good and well that a child won’t force his Challenge career into retirement.

9. Alyssa Snider

While the Green Team was the first full team to get eliminated from High-Q, Alyssa lasted longer than everyone else. It might not give her any safety, but her new crush Tyler will likely be impressed.

8. Desi Williams

Desi finally got a win on the Blue Team. She’s not vocal this week, but it’s clear that she doesn’t have as much control as she’d like because she was unable to protect Tiffany from being the direct vote. However, she has strength in numbers and was able to rally her allies to get seven votes for Dusty, which ultimately kept Tiffany safe.

7. Michele Fitzgerald

At the start of the episode, we see chaos erupt when Dusty accuses Tiffany of voting for him at the prior elimination. Little does Dusty know, Michele was part of the problem and Tiffany is innocent. This week, she threw his name right back into the Hopper and was part of an effort to vote for a guy rather than a woman (in an effort to protect Tiffany), and the strategy was effective.

6. Cassidy Clark

After winning in The Arena last week, Cassidy is back in the house and found herself on the winning team. So, she has the chance to take a shot at her foe, Wes, who was largely responsible for her going into The Arena last week.

5. Johnny Bananas

Bananas finds himself in the winner’s seat after successfully pulling off his “hat trick” last week. It certainly created chaos after the prior Arena, but it wasn’t enough to continue a streak of Survivor vs. Big Brother. At the nomination ceremony, his objective was to keep Wes safe. He quickly realized it was impossible, so he worked to console his new friend who was crying after he realized he would be going into elimination. Now that Wes is back in the game, he can go back to crying on Bananas’ shoulder because the two are on the same team.

4. Chris Underwood

Once again, Chris is making big, strategic moves. He sees Wes as a major threat, and he works with his other Survivor alumni on the Blue Team to make Wes the direct vote for the men. Then, he works to make Tiffany the direct vote because she has so many allies. It’s a bit of an evil plan, but it seemed to have worked. That is, until Wes won in The Arena and stole Chris’ place on the Blue Team.

3. Dusty Harris

At the start of the episode, Dusty is furious he received four votes at prior elimination. He blames Tiffany for betraying a deal he made with Alyssa L. — but Tiffany didn’t vote for him. Dusty claims that he’s placing a target on her back. Then, he’s the first person to fall during High-Q. He managed not to be the direct vote after the Blue Team won, but that doesn’t mean much. He got seven votes at the Hopper, which forced him to compete against Wes in Crank Shafted. He took every cue from Wes’ performance, but he was frazzled at the knots and was outperformed by the vet.

2. Tiffany Mitchell

After Dusty confronts Tiffany at the start of the episode, he’s on her shit list. Then, he was the first person to fall during High-Q, while Tiffany had an outstanding performance for her team (even though they lost). Despite this, the Blue Team makes her the direct vote for the female — but for a strategic reason. They really want Wes to go into The Arena, and they know Tiffany has so many allies that they’ll vote for men in the secret vote to protect Tiffany. While four people did vote for women, Tiffany was safe, so she does have a lot of numbers on her side.

1. Wes Bergmann

At the start of the episode, Wes gets a call from his pregnant wife — we know this means he’ll be central to the plot. Then, his team loses High-Q, and the Blue Team is eager to take a shot at him because he’s made a lot of waves over the past few weeks. Upon being directly nominated by the Blue Team, he campaigns for a woman to go in. Perhaps he swayed some people, but seven people voted for Dusty. The two competed in Crank Shafted, and Wes’ slow, methodical approach worked, but not too quickly. Wes thought he lost, but to his surprise, he had a better time than Dusty. Now, he’s back in the house and he took Chris’ spot on the Blue Team.
