The Challenge USA 2: Episode 8 Ratings

For the first time, we don’t have a Sunday episode. It’s a new, individual game. How is everyone handling it?

Episode 8 averaged 1.5 million viewers and a 0.32 rating in the 18-49 demographic. This is roughly 100,000 viewers lower than last week’s episode, but the rating went up by about 0.02 points.

While this isn’t an improvement, there’s major competition in this timeslot. The Lions vs. Chiefs game was viewed by nearly 20 million people, This made The Challenge the #2 rated program in its timeslot for most demographics, but #3 in overall viewers. From the looks of it, Big Brother’s rating was also impacted by football.
