That’s a wrap. The Challenge USA 2 has awarded its winners, but there’s still one question: Was the show a winner in the ratings?
Episode 14 averaged 1.73 million viewers and a 0.29 rating in the 18-49 demographic. If this is accurate, this is roughly 240,000 viewers more than last week’s episode, and the rating went up by 0.05.
However, East Coast viewers saw a delayed start to The Challenge because of the Presidential Address. This meant the show started at 10:22 p.m. due to a series of programming delays. Rating assessments could contain some of Big Brother’s viewership from people watching 10 p.m.-10:21 p.m. But, the optimistic side of me wants to believe people were eager to see the end result of the season.
