All Stars 4 is shaping up to be an interesting game. After the first challenge, TJ awarded six stars that hold a pivotal role in the season’s format. Players need a star to run in the final, but if they didn’t earn one in Reach for the Stars, they’ll need to steal one by winning an elimination.
At first glance, this may look like the skull twist from Total Madness or Double Agents, but it’s not. Holding onto one of the six stars will be an ongoing battle, and it’s going to shape the game.

It’s an Anti-Layup System
If you want a star, you have to win an elimination — but you don’t have to defeat a star holder. So, people will go after competitors they perceive to be weak. This will make the game more competitive later on, but we’ll also see some dark horses emerge.
Someone Could Still Float to the End
Unlike the red/gold skull twist, people could technically run in the final without seeing an elimination. After episode 2 Cara Maria, Rachel, Adam, and Brad are holding skulls from the first daily challenge. If they’re really lucky, they could hold that star until the final if no one tries to steal it.
But, TJ did mention another reason to go into elimination: to steal a star for a friend. If you have a strong ally and play a great social game, that person could gift you a star. This twist could be particularly interesting if a star-holder attempts to earn a star for an ally, then that person loses in The Arena and gets sent home.

Alliances Will Cause Intimidation
When someone has the power to steal a star, they’ll need to worry about retaliation. If you go after a “lone wolf,” you may never face backlash. If you go after a well-connected player, you’ll have multiple people looking to take that star away.
This intimidation factor will come into play with Tina. She didn’t really earn her star, and that would make her an easy target. However, taking her star means Rachel and Veronica will target you, and people won’t want that drama.
We Could See a Game of Revenge
People who enjoyed The Island point to the Bananas/ Evelyn feud as a highlight of the show. We haven’t seen that type of back-and-forth since that season, because defeating your “vendetta” usually means sending your rival home.
All Stars 4 could result in another back-and-forth feud, giving fans new rivalries and forcing confrontations between enemies.
People At the End Might Not Run the Final
Just like The Island, there might be people who get all the way to the final challenge. But, if they don’t have a star, they’ll watch TJ blow the horn without getting a chance to compete. It would suck to be in that position, but it adds to the season’s competitivness.

it would be nice to be able to watch this show, but I am not paying for an additional subscription service in order to watch it. I will never pay for Paramount Plus for any reason for any show or franchise ever. If you want to put it on MTV or on one of the broadcasted Network then okay. I love the challenge, but I’m on disability and I can only watch what’s on my Dish Network channels. I have all of the MTV channels and of course I have the local broadcast Networks. It’s ridiculous to think that just everybody wants to get Paramount Plus or any other streaming service added to their already expensive satellite or cable packages and services. I love TJ, I’m currently watching several complete seasons from years and even decades ago and I love that MTV made that possible for me
