A new competitor has emerged: Survivor is now in the same time slot as The Challenge All Stars Rivals.
Episode 5 of All Stars Rivals was viewed by 361,000 people and it received a 0.14 rating in the 18-49 demographic. This is an increase of 19,000 live viewers compared to last week and the rating stayed flat. It was the sixth-highest-rated cable show of the night.
Considering Survivor pulled in over 4 million viewers in the same time slot, any increase is good news for The Challenge. It remains MTV’s second highest-rated program behind RuPaul’s Drag Race; Friday’s episode received 584,000 live viewers and a 0.18 rating in the 18-49 demo.
