The Challenge is coming back to MTV, and we now know the premiere date: Wednesday, July 30 at 8 p.m. There will also be a “Day Zero” pre-show a week before the formal debut on July 23.
The cast was also announced, but unsurprisingly, we knew everyone months before the official announcement.
The full format was not released, but it was revealed that the veterans and rookies will need to “work together” to be successful. Spoiler, there will be pairs but it’s unclear how long they will last.
There has not been any news on the show coming to Paramount+, so for the time being you will need MTV to watch this season. So yes, that means cable is your only real option.
