The Vets & New Threats Super Teaser has dropped, and it’s giving us a little bit more info than we saw in the first trailer. While the level of drama (and competition) seems lower than some trailers from previous Challenges, we have more glimpses into the competition this season.
With 32 people on the cast and a trailer that’s less than 3 minutes, not everyone will stand out — but these 10 people did.
Theo Campbell

Theo basically does three things in the trailer: get into an argument with Turbo, kiss Olivia, and yell at the audience (likely, this implies he was in the Arena). This isn’t a lot, but it’s more than most people.
Justin Hinsley

Justin is one of the new threats that’s shown in a few challenge clips — he’s one of the people who seems to be identifying the skipped peppers, likely leading to TJ’s “cheaters” speech. Justin is also shown consoling Will, who seems upset.
Nany Gonzalez

We enter the Super Trailer with Nany coming to a revelation: She’s competing to win money this season. While she does appear in a few challenge clips, her most noteworthy moment comes later in the trailer when she’s seen kissing someone (it looks like Will).
Will Gagnon

There isn’t a lot of context given to Will’s moments, but he seems to be involved in a few notable clips. First, we see Nia talking about being in “two” finals, and the edit makes it seem like she’s lecturing Will. We also see an upset Will getting consoled by Justin and we likely see him kissing Nany.
Olivia Kaiser

Olivia seems to be getting a lot of attention, but mostly in filler moments. We see a close up of her at the beginning, and later we see her crying and stating that she really wants to be a Challenge champion. Unsurprisingly, we also see the continuation of her romance with Theo and we see the couple kiss (spoiler: They likely do more than that).
Ashley Mitchell

Though mostly absent from the first trailer, Ashley was noticeable in this the super trailer for one major reason: She gets in an argument with Aneesa. We can also see her carrying bales of hay during one of the challenges.
CT Tamburello

CT really doesn’t need to do much to be a main character in these trailers; production knows he’s popular so they just put him in there. But, we did see him arguing with Turbo and having some strategic talk with Bananas. Also, if you really look you might see him in an elimination.
Dee Vallardares

While Dee doesn’t have the most screen time, she has one of the most memorable clips. We see her getting close with Bananas, who’s assumed to be her partner. However, the clip makes it seem like she’s just manipulating Bananas by leading him on.
Turbo

Perhaps this is expected, but Turbo serves as a source of drama in the trailer. We see him arguing with CT (the same clip from the first trailer), but we also see him in an argument at the elimination arena (assumed to be with Theo). Turbo also appears in a few shots of daily challenges and we see him competing with different partners.
Johnny Bananas

Just like CT, production defaults to putting Bananas in the trailers, so it’s no surprise he’s in this super teaser. Essentially, he serves as the narrator, a position he’s likely to assume during the season. As such, we see him competing in a few challenges, but we also see him in a romance with a rookie, Dee. It’s also implied these two will be partners at some point this season.
