Are Rogan & Izzy Still Together… and Was He Even Single?

The Challenge: Vets & New Threats kicked off with a blossoming relationship. During the Day Zero preshow we saw Rogan pursue Izzy and the two were seen making out in the kitchen (or “polidicking, according to Ashley).

On episode 1, the romance continued, and Izzy tried to encourage Rogan to get a partner he could beat in the Arena. While Rogan didn’t win, it’s clear both Rogan & Izzy wanted to continue their budding romance.

So, what happened after filming? Rogan went into the details on the Zach Nichols podcast.

Apparently, Rogan messaged Izzy once she returned home, but Izzy discovered Rogan (allegedly) had a girlfriend coming into season 41. This accusation annoyed Rogan, and the relationship when nowhere… so no, Rogan and Izzy are not together.

This begs the question, did Rogan actually have a girlfriend coming onto Vets & New Threats?

Rogan did have a girlfriend at the start of 2025, and they’d been together for about four years. But he claims they took a break before he went onto the show — in his words, he said that he “needed to think about things.” And according to Rogan, he didn’t think very hard and moved on quickly.

Meanwhile, his ex-girlfriend was posting pictures of Rogan on Instagram for Valentine’s Day implying they were still together. And to make matters worse, she still hasn’t taken the photos down. (For context, cast members departed for season 41 on Feb. 10/Feb. 11)

This narrative tells a fast, but understandable timeline where Rogan tried to be a good guy but got caught in a swirl of rumors that made him look not-so-nice. Other people have stated that Rogan did not have any conversations to with ex-girlfriend and he just started pursuing Izzy.

Most notably, his new rival Ben said Rogan never told his ex that he needed to think about things, and Rogan lied on Zach’s podcast. Spoiler account PinkRose has also stated that Rogan’s ex thought they were still together when he departed for season 41.

Clearly, this is a fairly messy relationship, but Rogan came onto this season to make a show. Even though he was the first person eliminated, he made a big impression, and he may have secured his spot on the next exes season… if that ever happens.
