Ratings have been a roller coaster — are we going up or down this week?
The Challenge: Vets & New Threats: Episode 6 was watched by 360,000 live viewers and received a 0.12 rating in the 18-49 demographic. This is a jump of 59,000 viewers compared to episode 5, and the demo rose by 0.02. It was the 6th highest-rated cable show of the night.
This is not bad progress, and it’s definitely a move in the right direction. Hopefully this weekend’s VMAs gives the show a ratings push so it can surpass the numbers we saw on episode 4. The Challenge remains the highest-rated show on MTV (based on numbers from the past seven days).
