Starting with the Day Zero special, Izzy was a standout rookie. She was the first female to complete the mountain climb, and she used that position as an opportunity. She picked Theo as a partner, knowing it would help solidify a UK alliance with Olivia in the mix.
Even though the partners ended up rotating throughout the season, the alliance has remained in tact since the beginning of the game. However, Izzy has emerged as a bit of a double agent. She’s also working as part of the new threats alliance.

Usually when we see Challengers assume double agent roles, it’s because they’re desperate to make up for their poor performance. That’s not the case for Izzy, she has more allies than she intended because the new threats are forcing her to work with the group.
This was clear when the new threats, lead by daily challenge winners Leo & Sydney, forced Izzy to be a decoy target before the elimination ceremony. This ruse was intended to leave the veterans in the dark, but it also forced Izzy into a compromising situation where she had to lie to her allies — at least, the new threat alliance wanted her to keep the plan under wraps.
Inevitably, Izzy leaked the information to Olivia, and she made it very clear that she wanted her veteran ally to be aware of a potential scheme.

Then, at the nomination ceremony she openly stated that she would have wanted to vote Aneesa into The Arena. Presumably, this would have forced a coin toss tie, but Leroy refused to vote for Aneesa.
Leroy basically scolded Izzy for trying to keep Olivia safe because he’s known Aneesa for over a decade and he barely knows Olivia. So, Izzy agreed to vote in Olivia, but her stance at the nomination ceremony was a public declaration of her allegiance to the UK alliance.

Sadly for Izzy, she does not seem to be in a good spot. She’s clearly made herself a target for the veteran alliance, and putting her in The Arena would be an opportunity to take a shot at Olivia without directly taking a shot at Olivia.
She also demonstrated that she has some loyalty to the new threats, but they’re not her top priority. According to Sydney, she’s a “defector,” and this makes her expendable. So, if the new threats need to eliminate one of their own, Izzy will be among the first on the chopping block.
Her best hope is to stay strong with the UK alliance, and they have been doing fairly well in the game. Even so, Olivia and Theo are at the core of that group, so Izzy will be more expendable than those two. It’s also clear Olivia has other veteran friends like Derek and Aneesa, so she’ll likely prioritize them over Izzy.
While Izzy has a lot of friends, it also seems many people would have an excuse to nominate her if push came to shove. She’s nobody’s number one ally (except for Rogan, but he’s gone), so it seems that her best bet is to be ready to compete for safety.
