The house is divided, will any teams face a division of their own?
Unchained Game

After scheming to control the numbers, the cast heads to the daily challenge, Derby Drifter. Each team has a van covered in chains, and one partner needs to unwrap the vehicle. Once the chains are fully off, the van will be attached to a tow rig and the time will be stopped. The other teammate is inside the van and will be the driver who’s pulled by a truck at 25 mph. The driver needs to navigate to the outside of “gates” (which are just stacks of boxes), and for each gate successfully cleared, 30 seconds will be knocked off the team’s time. Justin & Nany go first, and they move quickly, setting the pace. Nany clears four of the five gates, but she realizes that navigation can be difficult because the van is chained to the tow truck. Will & Olivia compete second, and Will pulls the chains with ease. Olivia drives the van and finds out the hard way that the chain doesn’t allow for much slack. She gets pulled by the tow truck, and her van tips on the side, so her team only clears one gate.
Unchained Reaction

As the challenge continues, Aneesa & Jake are up. They choose to let Aneesa pull the chains, which is a big mistake. Not only is she fairly slow, but Jake drives straight through the middle of the course and misses every single gate because he drives on the inside, not the outside. They’re worried that they’ll come in last, but Theo & Adrienne compete next. As Adrienne pulls the chain, it becomes stuck at various points. Theo helps her pull and tries to get the chain unstuck. TJ and the refs yell at him to stop touching the chain, but he does it again, and Theo & Adrienne get DQed. Then, the final three teams compete. They have the security of knowing Theo & Adrienne are DQed, and they all complete the drill, but they seem to take their time so they can vote in the jury. In the end, Olivia’s reckless driving isn’t a huge deal, because Olivia & Will get the win.
Friends, Not Allies

With Theo & Adrienne in last place and Olivia & Will in the winners’ seat, Aneesa is nervous. She’s the only person from her alliance who’ll be voting in the jury, so she could be the obvious target. However, she claims Nany said she’d never vote for her coming into this season, and she’s relying on Nany to keep this promise. She toys with the idea of targeting Aviv & Yeremi, who Michaela & Cedric are suspicious of. At the club, Aneesa and Nany finally talk. Nany says that she and Aneesa have been voting differently all season, and Aneesa has voted for many of Nany’s allies. This means Nany will most likely be voting with her group, and that will send Aneesa & Jake into the Arena (on Jake’s birthday). Aneesa expected more from her friend, but Nany can’t betray the people who have actually supported her all season.
Elimination Beast: Activated

At the nomination ceremony, nobody stakes a claim, so we get to the vote, and it’s pretty simple. Four teams vote for Aneesa & Jake, and Aneesa & Jake vote for Turbo & Sydney. Aviv makes it a point to wish Aneesa good luck, because she wants to support Aneesa, even though they have different strategies in the game. Then, we cue a montage of Aneesa saying she’s been in many Arenas in her Challenge career.
Crying or Lying

After the nomination ceremony, Aviv is in tears. She feels bad that Aneesa is going into the Arena, but some people are suspicious of her motives. Nany questions if Aviv’s loyalty has been an act all season, and she’s not alone. Sydney, Michaela, and Turbo question Aviv’s “crocodile tears.” They think she’s a flip-flopper and believes she should retire from the show. At least Yeremi can still control her vote.
Charging to Victory

At the Arena, there are two big wheels for the game Loose Ends. Each team has a giant spool with three electrical cables. The goal is to unwind the cables, wrap them around an “access point” (tree stump), and plug them in. Before the Arena, Jake calls Aneesa a work horse with a lot of grit, and this makes Aneesa cry because she’s not used to hearing these types of compliments. When TJ blows the horn, Theo & Adrienne start moving, but they have no strategy to keep the wires separated. Olivia is nervous, but Adrienne insists that it’s OK because her jewelry bag is a mess. Aneesa & Jake are moving slower, but they’re making sure the wires don’t get tangled. After a few minutes, Theo is exhausted and it seems he and Adrienne have made a big knot under their spool. They’re not listening to each other, and people wonder if they’re throwing the elimination. Eventually, Adrienne takes control, and the UK team starts moving. Aneesa hears the cheering shift to Theo & Adrienne, and she gets worried. Her opponents are moving fast, and they manage to pull out the win. So, Aneesa & Jake are sent home and Theo & Adrienne win their fourth elimination.
