The end is getting dangerously close, but the game is getting dangerously predictable… or is it?
Big, Burning Bingo

After some paranoia in the house, the cast heads to the daily challenge, Dark Mine. Each team has a book of six matches and they’re heading into a dark, bug-infested cave. Once they’re in there, they’ll hear a series of numbers and they’ll find a game board. They need to mark off the numbers on their board, but the only way to see the board is by lighting the matches. If all six matches run out, the players can exit the cave and get another book. The team that gets the most correct answers the fastest wins. When the teams first enter the cave, they realize TJ didn’t lie: It’s dark. The matches burn quickly, and there are a lot of numbers on the cards. Teams are realizing they’ll need to make multiple trips to get a good score, and Sydney & Turbo find themselves struggling early. The language barrier is making it difficult for Turbo and he’s having a hard time lighting the matches.
An Injured Walk to the End

Luckily for Sydney & Turbo, Sydney realizes the numbers are repeating and there’s a method to the selection. This helps her locate the correct numbers quickly, but other teams are still mystified. Some people are getting frustrated, like Will, who’s annoyed that Olivia isn’t holding matches correctly, and Adrienne, whose partner didn’t realize the letters at the top of the board will help them locate numbers. Later on, Michaela rolls her ankle while walking down the path in the dark. She refuses medical help, and she and Cedric are the first team to bring their board to TJ. Turbo & Sydney follow, then Olivia & Will, then Theo & Adrienne, then Aviv & Yeremi, and finally Nany & Justin. However, the number of correct answers determines the winners, and Turbo & Sydney have the most answers right. Michaela & Cedric seem to have rushed after Michaela’s injury. Their board has the fewest correct answers, so they’re the last-place team and going straight into the Arena.
The Betrayal Plan

After the challenge, it seems like we’re poised for another split vote… until Michaela concocts a plan to get Aviv & Yeremi sent into the Arena. Nany agrees with this plan, because she knows Aviv & Yeremi will excel in the final. Of course, Olivia and Theo are on board, but the decision weighs heavily on Nany. She sits down with Aviv and clearly says that she’ll be voting Aviv & Yermi into the Arena. Aviv appreciates the honesty, but she’s upset. This decision is making Nany sad, and Will can see how much she’s impacted by it, but Turbo finds Nany’s choice very dishonorable.
Friends Until Almost the End

The cast gets to the nomination ceremony, and Yeremi stands up to stake a claim against Olivia. This is a surprise to many people, and Nany regrets having given Aviv a heads up, because it bit her in the ass. Olivia also feels this is a bad decision, but Yeremi isn’t budging. Aviv insists that Yeremi decided to stake a claim on his own, and she didn’t know until directly before the nomination ceremony. In reality, Aviv had about half an hour to prepare. As the two men compete, Nany gets more frustrated. She’s crunching the numbers, and she’s worried her game is now in jeopardy.
A New Claim

Yeremi and Will face each other in a game that’s basically the same one Gabe and Justin did: run up a hill, solve a puzzle, and run back. Yeremi knows Will is a fast runner, but Yeremi is the first one up the hill and he solves the puzzle fairly quickly. Yeremi makes his way back first, and he’s now partners with Olivia. He also insists that he won’t vote for Aviv, who’s now partners with Will, throwing a wrench in Olivia’s plans.
The Ultimate Divide

After the new teams are formed, the cast votes. Theo & Adrienne vote for Aviv & Will, which is a surprise. But apparently, Nany and Theo made a handshake agreement after the daily challenge, and he honored that pact. Then, Aviv & Will vote, but they just got paired together. They’re trying to figure out which team to vote for, and they ask Nany for direction. Nany freezes, and Will finds it very telling that Nany won’t protect him quickly. So, he votes in Nany & Justin, which seems to end the showmance between Will and Nany. In the end, we get a 2-2 tie between Aviv & Will and Nany & Justin. It turns into a coin toss, and Aviv & Will are going into the Arena. Will is angry, and Nany yells at him, but ultimately she’s safe and he needs to go into the Arena.
A Crappy Puzzle Arena

In the Arena, there are two shelters shaped like airplane bathrooms. The game is called Tight Quarters, and there are puzzle pieces scattered on the wall and in the toilet. The goal is to use the pieces to solve two puzzles while crammed in the economy-class bathrooms. One of the puzzles is a tangram which seems to be easy for both teams… except Michaela forgets two of her pieces. The other puzzle is a street map representing an airplane runway, and it needs to be put together to make a continuous path. The airplane puzzle proves to be harder for both teams, and Will tries to solve it with some open ends (spoiler: that’s not right). Cedric seems to figure out the objective, and he completes the puzzle. His team calls for a check, but they’re told they’re wrong. Luckily, Michaela finds her missing pieces quickly, and Cedric has to tweak the airplane puzzle. They call for another check, and this time, they’re named the winners.
