We know Ashley is on season 3 of House of Villains, but this devil exposed some secrets on a now-deleted Instagram Live.
Ashley said she was first contacted by House of Villains producers in 2024, before Vets & New Threats started filming. When Ashley was in The Challenge house in early 2025, HoV was still in the pre-production stages, but one of the girls on the Vets & New Threats cast was bragging that she was going to be on HoV.
Ashley didn’t give names, but she said this girl was “basically her rival all season.” So, all signs point to Aneesa, because who else was her rival on Vets & New Threats? (Moving forward, I will address this unnamed rival girl as Aneesa.)
According to Ashley, she kept her mouth shut about being contacted for HoV, but she knew a few people from The Challenge had been contacted. Later in the video, she alludes to Amanda being one of the other Challengers who got a call from HoV producers.
Ashley also said Aneesa was granted special permission to make outside calls and talk to HoV producers — a privilege that she would never be given. But, it’s not uncommon for some cast members to get special permission for some side projects.
At one point, Ashley was worried that Aneesa was going to take her spot on HoV. She thought it was weird that Aneesa would be on a villainous show, mostly because Aneesa has never really been portrayed as a villain. She noted that Aneesa cried when Ashley told her she wasn’t going to win Vets & New Threats, and that’s not a villain.
Fortunately for Ashley, she got the call to appear on House of Villains the day she was eliminated from Vets & New Threats. As we know, Aneesa didn’t make the cut. Likely, HoV only wants one person to represent a reality franchise, and Aneesa was the chosen Challenge representative.
Ashley seemed happy with the outcome, but keep in mind, she has a history with Aneesa and a villain reputation to maintain. While this might have been a tough pill for Aneesa to swallow, it doesn’t mean she won’t get cast on a future HoV season.
