The Nichols family is growing once again. Zach and Jenna revealed they are pregnant with baby number five.
The baby is due on Aug. 10, 2026, which is exactly one year after Frankie (baby No. 4) was born. Jenna seemed excited by the news, but she told PEOPLE she was surprised to be pregnant again so soon after giving birth.
Zach shared in the surprise, but he also admitted that he knew another baby was going to happen eventually because Jenna wants a big family. She and Zach both come from big families, and she wanted to keep the tradition going.
This will be the couple’s fifth baby in five years. By this point, Jenna doesn’t really know if she’s experiencing morning sickness because she barely remembers what it feels like to not be pregnant.
Zach is hoping for a boy, because the couple already have three girls, but they don’t know the sex of baby No. 5 yet.
This is very exciting for the family, and it’s clear Jenna wasn’t lying when she said she wanted a big family. However, they still have a way to go if they want to be the Real World couple with the most kids — Sean and Rachel Duffy have nine; this baby will put Zach and Jenna halfway to surpassing that record.
