If you’ve been following news on All Stars 6, you’ve seen a lot of back and forth. At one point, it seemed like there was a green light, then it seemed like the series was over, and then we saw a glimmer of hope.
Well, Mark has shared his understanding of the show’s future — and it’s not the best news, but definitely not the worst.

After someone posted an All Stars-related April Fools joke, Mark shared that the series’ future depends on the success of Challenge 42. So, if we want to keep the spinoff alive, we need to show the main series a lot of love, especially as the show (likely) transitions to a new home.
Then, a user on X claimed this meant the show was canceled. Mark clarified that All Stars is on a hiatus, and he noted that MTV canceled Ridiculousness. In fact, it seems like MTV and Paramount are canceling a lot of shows, so the fact that All Stars hasn’t formally received the ax likely means there’s a chance we’ll see another season.
Mark’s understanding of the show certainly aligns with the current happenings in the Challenge world. There isn’t a lot going on, but anyone who’s following MTV’s status knows all of its content is in jeopardy.
It’s great to have some answers surrounding the series, even if they’re not exactly what we wanted to hear. Mark continues to be very invested in the All Stars franchise, and as long as he’s involved, it’s reassuring to know someone will be advocating for the spinoff to have a future.
