With great sadness I am reported Alexis Eddy from Are You the One? season 6 was found dead on the morning of January 9, 2020. She was 23 years old.
TMZ has reported she went into cardiac arrest this morning and there is no foul play suspected. A toxicology report was conducted but results have not been released.
While Alexis never did appear on The Challenge, she made quite a splash on her Are You the One? season. She was fun, humorous and genuine. She’s best remembered for her time spent dating Keith that season.
I always saw massive potential in her and had written about wanting her to appear on The Challenge. She had been considered for Ex on the Beach, but her only appearance on MTV would be Are You the One? 6.
It’s terribly sad to see a woman with such potential pass away at such a young age. Recently she had discussed her commitment sobriety and shared a post with her father as both had made a commitment to staying sober. Sadly, reports have been saying her death was a result of cardiac arrest from an overdose.
My thoughts and prayers go out to her friends and family. I am sad we never got to see more from Alexis, and I feel awful knowing how much she could have grown.
