Well, this definitely wasn’t on my 2023 bingo card. Tami Roman, who appeared on The Real World: Los Angeles in 1993, will once again star on an MTV show.
On July 11, 2023, Caught in the Act: Unfaithful will debut its second season on MTV. The show is akin to Cheaters and Catfish — Tami and her crew try to catch unfaithful partners as they’re attempting to cheat.
The show originally aired on VH1, but is the latest in a string of series to jump from that network to MTV. Other shows that made the move are RuPaul’s Drag Race and Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.
Tami has become quite successful since her time on The Real World, so she never did The Challenge. However, she has made appearances on the network since then. She appeared on the 1995 Real World Reunion special and she’s attended at the MTV TV & Movie Awards. However, she’s never been an official cast member of a show — until now.
Of course, Tami did return for The Real World: Homecoming, but that aired on Paramount+ until the service removed the series from its platform for unknown reasons. Luckily, Tami fans have this show to keep them satisfied, and Tami will be in her element: in the middle of dramatic scenes.
