Challenge: War of the Worlds

Stephen Bear Will Be Released From Prison After Serving Less Than Half His Sentence

Bear only served 10 months of a 21-month sentence

Former Challenge star Stephen Bear is preparing to get his life “back on track” — at least, that’s what he claims. The reality personality boasted that he’ll be getting out of jail on Jan. 17. He shared the news on Twitter (now X), where people could vote on whether or not they’d like to follow on his journey.

It’s unclear which track Bear will be going “back” to because his life before prison wasn’t filled with virtue. In March 2023, Bear received a 21-month sentence for sharing explicit videos of Georgia Harrison without her consent. But, The Ashley’s sources say Bear has changed and will be spending time with family upon his release. The source also said Bear won’t be going straight to social media and nightclubs, so breaking this news with a Twitter poll seems like an odd choice.

During his time in jail, Bear’s girlfriend Jessica broke up with him over the phone. Apparently, he was devastated and repeatedly asked for a second chance via letters, but he also asked about materialistic things. According to Jessica, Bear still seems to be very self-centered during his incarceration.

As for Georgia, she seems to be in good spirits. On Instagram, she posted a message thanking the universe for her blessings and the “mistakes” that taught her lessons. She also has exciting things coming this year and announced she will be on the cast of Love Island All Stars in the UK.

Let’s hope his time in jail taught Bear to be more considerate of others. He’d probably benefit from some time out of the public eye, but only time will tell if he stays off social media, let along reality TV.
