Challenge: All Stars 4

The Challenge All Stars 4: Challenge History from Episode 6

All the old school moments to make Episode 4 of All Stars 6 make sense.

On All Stars, to understand the present, we need to look at the past. These are the moments from episode 6 that add context to the show. If you want to watch the full episode, stream it on Paramount+.

1. Ryan the Double Agent

As Ryan tries to navigate Kam and Cara Maria’s dynamic in the house, he mentions this isn’t the first time that he’s been caught between two sides of a rivalry. This is a reference to Fresh Meat 2 when he played both sides of the house. While he seemed to gravitate more toward Kenny’s side later in the game, his partner, Theresa, infamously made out with both Kenny and Wes.

2. Stadium Shuffle

Take a Seat is played in a large arena, a fairly unique environment for a challenge. However, we have seen similar settings used before, like during Kicking Ass on Vendettas and Collect Four on USA 1 (and various international adaptations).

3. Jasmine’s Friendship Shield

Jasmine finds herself feeling safe, despite the fact that she’s in one of the bottom groups and she has a star. She seems to have many friends in the “middle group” who want to protect her, and she says she’s not going to apologize for having allies that will help her in the game. While this exudes a level of cockiness, it’s a proven strategy that works. In fact, it was the backbone of Team Cancun’s success on Battle of the Seasons.

4. The Energy Vampire

After Cara Maria sways the vote, there are a few people who don’t like her stubbornness. Veronica even compares her to a vampire who sucks all the energy out of the room. This has been a recurring theme during Cara Maria’s time on The Challenge. We saw it on Rivals when she didn’t want to party in the club, on War of the Worlds when Nany confronted her, and on War of the Worlds 2 when her rivals didn’t support the “Cara Cult.”

5. A First on the Fourth

Nicole becomes the first person to volunteer herself into The Arena because she needs as star. She claims she’d inevitably have to fight for one, but surprisingly, this is her first one-on-one elimination ever, even though this is her fourth Challenge season. However, she did compete in the unavoidable Underdog purge on Invasion.

6. Veronica’s Reverse

Nicole choses to face Veronica in Rope Rumble, but at the very last minute Veronica persuades Nicole that she’d never work with Cara Maria. This causes Nicole to reverse her decision and save Veronica, forcing Jasmine to compete instead. Veronica claims it’s one of her slickest moves ever, but she has made some notably sly moves in the past. One instance was the stalemate that saved her on The Ruins while another was the stalemate on Dirty Thirty when she got Leroy sent into elimination.

7. A Daisy In the Rough

If you look closely, you’ll see a dog on Avery’s sweatshirt as she watches the elimination. That’s Daisy, her dog that moved in during Real World: Portland.
