Challenge fans have noticed a major change on Cara Maria’s Instagram: Paulie has been scrubbed from it.
Recently, the Challenge champion removed all of her pictures with the Big Brother 18 alumnus. She also unfollowed Paulie and the rest of his family — and she appeared to be close with them, most notably his brother Cody.
However, Paulie is still following Cara Maria — so it may be early to say anything definitively. Keep in mind, unfollowing someone does not equate to a break up, though it’s not typical behavior for a couple, especially a public one.
We do know that Cara Maria and Paulie have engaged in “social experiments” in the past, but this feels different. We know that both of them worked on themselves since they appeared on War of the Worlds 2, and they’ve done some emotional healing. Their recent Challenge appearances have been more positive, and a fake break up doesn’t seem like the type of drama they’d elect to involve themselves in now.
Likely, we’ll get some clarity soon, when one of the two is ready to talk publicly. We do know, however, that both Cara and Paulie will appear on season 40.
Though all signs point to a break up, these things do happen in life. The couple have lasted for roughly six years, which defied many expectations when they first started dating during the Final Reckoning era. If the couple did choose to separate, let’s hope they both continue their personal growth, and we have no reason to assume any negative behaviors yet.
UPDATE: The could are allegedly taking some space but “working things out.” Apparently, most updates will be shared soon.

Watching and old Challenge and wAs wondering when that Lolo chick is going to come out of the closet. She has no problem being the biggest cry baby on the show. Hell I’d be more worried about what people thought of me being a big ass cry baby more than them knowing I was gay. Come girl it’s ok the only reason your a 30 something virgin is because your don’t like men. It’s all good be you and be proud.
