When people think of Big Brother players on The Challenge, the reactions are mixed. Some people are reminded of Amber B.’s unlikely win, while others immediately think of Devin screaming “Big Brother sucks.” But at this point, we’ve seen a lot of people from the CBS show jump to MTV, and some have been quite successful.
For this list, I’m only looking at people who appeared on Big Brother US, and I’m only looking at the flagship Challenge and All Stars. We’ve seen various international Big Brother contenders who have appeared on The Challenge, but this list is just for the people who have done Julie Chen’s show.

21. Liz Nolan: Poor Liz. She dyed her hair brown to do War of the Worlds — then she was purged on the first challenge. Unlike her male counterpart, she wasn’t brought back, so her Challenge career only lasted half an episode.
20. Tommy Bracco: This BB21 alumnus had the good fortune of appearing on Ride or Dies, but he learned a Big Brother-style game doesn’t adapt to the Challenge. Then, he left the show fairly early due to a poor performance in the Flipping Wasted Zone.
19. Blue Kim: Coming into Vets & New Threats, Big Brother fans probably thought Blue was just cast on the show for her personality. Then, we watched her compete — and that assessment was probably correct. Blue is a lot of fun, and her personality might carry her far in some games (which is a viable strategy), but she’ll need to put in training if she wants a championship.
18. Victor Arroyo: It’s a bit shocking to see such a beloved Big Brother player flop so hard on The Challenge. Victor battled his way back into the BB18 house twice and won three Head of Households. On the Challenge he won nothing, got steamrolled in the Troika, and lost his only elimination.
17. Analyse Talavera: Being paired with Tommy on Ride or Dies meant Analyse was in a very petite team. She was an OK player, but she didn’t have the best social game. This meant she was voted into the fourth Zone. She lost, but it was entirely Tommy’s fault.
16. Morgan Willett: Known for her appearance on Big Brother: Over the Top, Morgan is a Big Brother champion. Her time on The Challenge started on a strong note; she had the second-fastest time for a female rookie during Impending Dune. Her fatal mistake was picking Bananas as her partner, because he was quickly targeted and they lost the second elimination.

15: America Lopez: When America entered The Challenge, she had a lot to prove. She didn’t stand out as a strong competitor, but she managed to show a lot of heart and she never quit. Still, most of her daily challenge performances were average or below average. Considering she made it through two-thirds of the season, she didn’t get a lot of camera time and her biggest moment was edited out of the show.
14. Julia Nolan: After getting separated from her twin on episode one of War of the Worlds, Julia had the good fortune of getting CT as a partner. But War of the Worlds was one of CT’s least remarkable seasons. Though the team did OK, Julia was no competition for Mattie in Ring Tossed, the only three-way elimination of the season.
13. Jozea Flores: On Final Reckoning, Jozea had some decent moments. He won two Redemption games and proved to be solid in eating competitions. But he was such a flop on Champs vs. Stars 2 (never mind the fact that he’s not a star) that it’s hard to take him seriously in the game.
12. Swaggy C: It’s pretty impressive that Swaggy C appeared in three of the first five Tribunals on Total Madness, but his biggest strength in the game was being part of a power couple with Bailey. This helped him avoid elimination for a while, but that’s not too impressive on the skull twist seasons. Ultimately, he lost to Cory in his only elimination ever.
11. Natalie Negrotti: You might remember Natalie for her Challenge drama, being a little devious in the Final Reckoning final, or her random flings, but she was usually a middle-tier player. She also had a long losing streak in eliminations/ Redemptions — one that was only broken in the awful That’s the Ticket game.

10. Lolo Jones: This Celebrity Big Brother competitor is mostly remembered for her outbursts and Ride or Dies departure, but she was a serious threat when she actually competed. She did really well on Champs vs. Pros, where she won three Arenas. However, the skull twist seemed to ruin her experience on Double Agents. Even though a lot of competitors feared her, we never saw her full potential.
9. Bayleigh Dayton: Though she entered Total Madness as one half of a power couple, she left the game as a finalist. She had a tough time after Swaggy was eliminated, but her emotional game play led to some of the season’s best drama. She sent home “elimination beast” Aneesa, but a knee injury took her out of the final.
8. Josh Martinez: In his defense, Josh has worked really hard to improve his physical abilities since he debuted on War of the Worlds, where he was purged on the first challenge and brought back through a significant stroke of luck. While he’s noticeably leaner and he has a great social game, his track record isn’t the best. After seven seasons he’s only won one elimination and he’s never seen a final.
7. Da’Vonne Rogers: Da’Vonne had a rough start to her Challenge career, getting sent straight to the Redemption House on Final Reckoning. She battled into the main house twice, but her time on War of the Worlds was much more successful. She won multiple eliminations and nearly made the final, though she was purged right before it. While she’s not a champion yet, she made the All Stars: Rivals final and was runner-up by a split second.
6. Cedric Hodges: Coming into Vets & New Threats, Cedric seemed smaller than most of the rookies, but he quickly proved that size isn’t everything. He’s a fast, savvy player who excelled by zipping past his competition and solving puzzles. When he got paired with Michaela, it seemed like he formed a dream team. They made it to the final after winning two Arenas, and Cedric could have done much better if Michaela’s ankle hadn’t slowed the team down.

5. Paulie Calafiore: After Big Brother 18, Paulie brought his chaos to the Challenge and his first seasons were full of drama. He spent 75% of Final Reckoning in the Redemption House, but he made the final and came in third. He had two more successful runs on War of the Worlds 1 & 2, but he struggled at the 11th hour, costing him the win both times. While Paulie has returned to the show, bringing significantly less chaos, his appearances on USA2 and Battle of the Eras have been far less successful than his firs three runs.
4. Faysal Shafaat: You might know him as “Messy Fessy” for his string of hook ups (like on Ride or Dies), senseless betrayals (like on Double Agents), or DQ-worthy fights (like on Spies, Lies and Alles), but Faysal is a strong player. Physically, he’s chock-full of muscles, can run fast, and has endurance for days. However, he has a reputation for being bad at puzzles and eating comps, but the USA2 final proved he might be better than he gets credit for.
3. Amber Borzotra: She wasn’t the first Big Brother competitor on the Challenge, but Amber is the first Big Brother champion. She won Ride or Dies with CT, but CT wanted her as a partner for a reason. Amber has great endurance, but she’s found herself in drama that made her time on seasons like Spies, Lies and Allies and All Stars:Rivals much more difficult.

2. Kaycee Clark: Winner of Spies, Lies and Allies, Kaycee is a known athlete and team player. She excels in competitions involving strength, speed, and hand-eye coordination, and she’s also part of an infamously successful alliance. This has helped her make the final on her first four Challenge seasons — a show she appeared on after winning Big Brother. She was eliminated for the first time ever on Battle of the Eras, but it took another champion to take her out of the game.

1. Kyland Young: After making the Battle of the Eras final, Kyland is a bit of a rising star on The Challenge. Though he hasn’t won yet, he’s known for eliminating champions from the game and Jordan credited him as his biggest competition on the milestone season. Kyland also established himself as a huge competitor on Battle for a New Champion, and he’s known for being strong, smart, and fast. Derek Chavez has compared Kyland to a robot, which is a fair comparison, because Kyland didn’t seem to have flaws in the game until he had to jump in the water during the season 40 final.

I like how you used Liz Nolan’s picture for Julia lol.
