This is where the story ends. One team wins. One team loses. And at least one person gets paid.
Leg 5

At the end of day 1, the Orange Team has taken the lead. They’re at the drink station, and they need to chug their smoothies. One of them is disgusting, which Will gets, but he still finished his concoction before Michele.
Meanwhile, the Grey Team has to move the large metal ball. This is one of the more taxing checkpoints, and Cara Maria and Cassidy are starting to slow down. While the Grey Team makes slow progress, the final checkpoint was an opportunity for Orange to pull further ahead.
Puzzling Instructions

Both teams make their way back to the bunker — the Orange Team arrived around 8:35 pm, and Grey arrived at 9:05 pm. Of course, we get a montage of foot content from Bananas’ team. Now, it’s time for the overnight portion. Each team needs to fill their “power source” by putting pellets into three canisters, one at a time, until all three are full. Additionally, one person must tend the watchtower at all times. Anyone not working can sleep.
On the Grey Team, Adrienne starts filling the canisters, which is an activity she apparently enjoys. Adrienne wants Cara Maria and Cassidy to rest, but Cara Maria can’t sleep, so she goes to work. Everyone does their share, but Cassidy probably rests the most while Lete seems to have no issues staying awake.
Meanwhile, the Orange Team rotates positions while CT snores and keeps everyone up. Eventually, Tori gets up to take a dump, but it was a “false alarm.” Then CT tends the watchtower, but Michele seems to be doing the most work to let her old male teammates get the most rest.
Day 2

Now that the power sources have been fueled, the teams must assemble them. Once completed, they’ll start a 10-mile race through the jungle. Throughout the run, they’ll find puzzle pieces, which they must “guard” and take with them. At the end of the race, they’ll use these pieces to activate their power sources. The first team to do that wins.
Because the Orange Team won day 1, they get a 10-minute head start. Both teams fuel the power source quickly, but Bananas seems to notice that the Orange Team’s power source to be fueling the Grey Team’s bunker.
Another Run

The Orange Team starts in the lead, but Tori doesn’t want to lose it. She tries to pick up the pace, but Bananas wants to be realistic about the team’s abilities: Will’s knee hurts, and CT nearly died the day before. As much as Tori tries to motivate them, the boys resist. The Grey Team appears to be moving at a faster pace, and after collecting the second piece, Will catches a glimpse of Grey in the corner of his eye. Tori tries to motivate her team to sprint, but CT resists again.
Pace Breakers

Both teams are slowing down, but some competitors are struggling more than others. After collecting their fourth puzzle piece, Cassidy feels exhausted, but her teammates are trying to help. They motivate her and hold her up so she can keep moving.
The Orange Team is less civil. Michele yells at the boys because they’re never willing to run, but Will insists his knee’s in pain. She’s upset that she’s walking, and she still feels like she’s pulling Will, but the pace never changes.
The Final Piece

The Orange Team gets to a puzzle board, and it’s really just a jigsaw puzzle. They need to fit all their puzzle pieces in the frame, which are gears, so there isn’t any overlap. Michele fears there are “too many cooks,” but the team completes their puzzle before the Grey Team arrives… because it’s not a hard puzzle. So they get on a crane, get lifted in the air, and explode the Grey Team’s bunker. Bananas, CT, Michele, Tori, and Will have won this season.
A Little Decision

The Grey Team is distraught; the Orange Team is celebrating, but one question remains: Will Tori split the money with her team? Firstly, Adrienne needs to choose what to do with the $25,000 she won from the Trial by Combat elimination. Ultimately, she chooses to give each girl $5,000 and keep $10,000 for herself. Cara Maria returns the $5,000 to Adrienne because Adrienne took her to the UFC fight (her other prize for winning the Trial by Combat). Some people may consider this a generous gesture, but it’s not enough to appease Lete. She views it as proof that Adrienne valued her position on the team more than the other three players.
The Big Decision

After winning the final, the Trial By Combat victory, and finding the UFC bonus, Tori has control the Orange Team’s $550,000 bank. Before splitting the money, she says she won’t split it evenly without taking a captain’s fee. So, she takes $1 from each person, meaning Bananas, CT, Michele, and Will receive $109,999, and Tori gets $110,004… so, for all intents and purposes, she split it evenly.
