After winning two elimination rounds on Free Agents, Frank was finally defeated- by his lungs. TJ sent him packing because he has a contagious lung virus. Now, the rest of the guys have one less competitor to worry about.
Whether you love him or hate him, Frank is pretty good at the game. In fact: he’s undefeated in elimination rounds, won his first Challenge, and was runner up on his second. On paper these facts make him look like a huge threat, but when you look at the rest of the cast there are some much bigger guys in the house.
I really wanted to see Frank compete this season. On Battle of the Seasons he founded the “rookie revolution” that ultimately lead to his victory. This “revolution” also sparked the Twitter war that qualified him to be rivals with Bananas on Rivals 2. While this rivalry was a strong team, I’ve always wanted to see if members of the “rookie revolution” were stronger than people from Banana’s generation of Challengers. Eventually, big dogs like Frank and Zach would have been forced to fight competitors like CT and Bananas, but now that Frank is gone we have on less person from the “rookie revolution” in the house.
I wonder how far Frank could have made it in this game. I really think he would have had a chance of making it to the final, but I’m not confident he could have beat someone like CT in a head-to-head competition. I’d definitely place Frank in my top 5 male Challengers of this season, but not #1 (CT gets that honor). If Frank played some of the strategy he used on Seasons, he may have found ways to get the top competitors to eliminate each other.
I guess we’ll never know, but I’d like to hear what you think.
