Episode 7 of Cutthroat ended with a cliffhanger. TJ showed up at the house; the cast was gathered, and it seemed like the Grey Team was supposed to name their new captain. But eagle-eyed fans noticed some faces were missing from the crowd.

When the cast assembled, Nelson, Leo, and Josh weren’t there.
While this wasn’t explicitly stated during episode 7, those three Challengers have been disqualified from the game after an incident involving racially insensitive language.
According to spoiler account Pinkrose, Leo used the N-word when referencing Nelson. Then, Josh repeated it. After this happened, Nelson confronted Josh in the kitchen, and kitchen items were broken. Production removed Nelson from the house and sent him to a hotel; then he was disqualified from the game. There was no physical altercation.
Pinkrose later clarified that the incident occurred while the cast was playing a game. Allegedly, Leo was speaking and said something to the effect of “Up next, my N-word Nelly.” Later, Josh repeated that exact same phrase, which sparked the confrontation.
From the sound of it, Leo’s use of the word was not a source of conflict in the house. He was punished after Josh and Nelson argued.
Keep in mind, this is all alleged by Pinkrose — but she’s been a very reliable spoiler account and has been sharing accurate information for over a decade. We also have further confirmation from Amanda. She tweeted, “I wonder how many people will stand behind that Love Island Loser when they find out what he did this season.”
Well, Amanda, Josh might get off easy. It seems like production plans to edit out this whole fight and just send Nelson, Leo, and Josh home. We might get a further explanation on episode 8, but from the looks of it, that’s unlikely.
