It may be a bit premature to celebrate the success of The Challenge: All Stars. Although season one isn’t quite over, it has been a lot of fun and Challenge fans have loved seeing veteran cast members. However, the show is exclusive to Paramount+. This can make it hard to truly get a read on its success. Unlike the main series, ratings and viewership are not available to the public.
After the first season, many people are curious about the second season. As of right now, it seems we are getting some signs that season two is in the works! However, we’re in the very early stages.

Amaya from Real World: Hawaii posted on Twitter claiming she was asked to do the show. Sadly, she declined. While she might not have been the most intense competitor, she was always fun to watch.
This is great news for two reasons. Firstly, it’s a sign that we’re getting more All Stars! Secondly, it indicates that casting is focused on old schoolers. Many fans have feared the show would abandon the older cast members and favor people from a newer generation. This doesn’t seem to be the case, though it is possible people like Wes or Bananas could show up.
I’m not getting my hopes too high, but Mark did a great job with season one! Season two will be a welcome sequel.
