It’s an MTV reunion! Johnny Bananas walked the red carpet at the Jackass Forever premier.
In a recent Instagram post, Bananas shared pictures with Jackass stars Johnny Knoxville and Jason “Wee Man” Acuña. These two used to star on Jackass when it aired on MTV, a time before Bananas was on the network.
He also posed for a picture next to MGK, the rocker/rapper who once rapped “yeah bitch, yeah bitch, call me Steve-o. I’m a wild boy.” Clearly, MGK was a Jackass fan. Bananas also posed for a picture with Tom Sandoval from Vanderpump rules, because why not?
According to the Bananas, the movie was “unreal.”
While this MTV reunion will send fans on a trip down memory lane, neither Bananas nor Knoxville can be seen on the network. That airtime goes to Ridiculousness, which is a spinoff of a spinoff of a spinoff of a Jackass spinoff. So, in a sense, we can kind of blame Jackass for the current state of MTV?
It’s nice to see Bananas back in the MTV circuit in some capacity, but I don’t think anyone is surprised to see he’s a fan of Jackass.
