We’re 2/3 of the way through the final. Are people getting caught up after a rating drop last week?
Episode 18 was viewed by 669,000 viewers and received a 0.32 rating in the 18-49 demographic. It remained the 3rd highest-rated cable show of the evening.
This is a huge rebound of 118,000 viewers — and it makes the episode the most-viewed of the season. Of course, the episode was only 60 minutes. Perhaps people drop off toward the end of the episode, at the 9 p.m. hour. Regardless, this is great progress.
Over the past seven days, The Challenge returned as MTV’s most-watched show. Last week’s episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race declined to 634,000 viewers, a 95,000 drop from its prior week. Also, that weird Todrick Hall show continues to tank.
