If you’ve been on Paramount+ recently, you may have noticed that three Challenge seasons have been taken off: War of the Worlds, War of the Worlds 2, and Total Madness. The year that gave us the return of The Inferno 3 took three seasons away.
The removal seemed very sudden. They literally disappeared over night with no warning, much to the dismay of fans.
Well, we haven’t heard anything official from MTV or Paramount+, but it most likely has to do with Bear. Earlier this year he was sentenced to 23 months in prison for filming sexual acts with Georgia and distributing the footage without her consent. While we can’t confirm this is 100% the case, it’d be quite a coincidence if Bear was involved in these crimes and the three seasons he appeared on just so happened to get pulled.
ViacomCBS really doesn’t like supporting content where contestants have been involved with sexual assault cases. To further support this, we can look at Are You the One? Season 5 was removed following accusations of an incident that production tried to cover up, while Season 3 was removed following the arrest of a cast member.
Of course, because nothing is confirmed, there are other theories out there. Many people will point to the Dee scandal, but production edited her out of the show and her comments were made online, not on an episode. Any time content is pulled, people will also point to music rights as a possible reason, but seasons like Double Agents and Spies, Lies and Allies are on streaming services with much of their original music removed.
Time will tell if we see these seasons on streaming again, but as of now, I wouldn’t be surprised if they never make a return.

I think it’s ridiculous that one person actions they take off 3 seasons of the challenge I don’t give a fuck what this person did. It makes me so angry not being able to watch these 3 seasons. I want to see all the other competitors play why should we (and when I say we I mean the fans and also the players) be punished for one person. Stupid that it has come down this way. Who gives a shit what this person did it doesn’t take anything away from the show.
whats more annoying is we can’t even buy it on prime but everyone else around the world can.

I too am pretty pissed that these three seasons aren’t shown. Edit them, charge for them, but let us see them. I am watching future seasons (well after 35) and references are made to 33, 34 and 35 and it doesn’t make any sense because we can’t see the damn things. Come on guys let us have them…..you want us to keep watching don’t you? Then let us see the good stuff.
Why don’t they just go back and blur out his face or paste a clown face on him… so much happened in those seasons. You come into season 6 with “Vets”, grudges and hook-up with peeps you’ve never even seen before.

It looks like you can buy them on the Fandango at Home app. but they are $1.99 each episode, that’s over $50 to watch a season. Ugh
