Battle of the Bloodlines: Episode 1 Ratings

Another seasons that’s off to a slow start. Well, let’s hope it’s a slow start.

Episode 1 of Battle of the Bloodlines was watched by a modest 548,000 people and received a rating of 0.3 in the 18-49 demographic.

There’s really no excuse here. Are You the One season 3 premiered to higher numbers. Let’s just hope things go up…

  1. Are you the one season premiere was right after teen mom finale there highest rated show. So that help ratings by a lot then went downt down to 500k-600k until the finale.

  2. They advertised it better then some previous seasons but the thing I feel went wrong was the cast wasn’t right. If Bruno/briah and Marie/Victoria were there over the ayto before both teams dropped I feel like the ratings could of been a bit better for drama and a competive stand point.

  3. I just don’t think you’re gonna get good numbers for a premiere without CT’s direct involvement. He’s in the trailer but anyone who dig even an inch deeper could tell he wouldn’t show up immediately. Like it or not, he has a ton of appeal and the show is always less attractive without him to casual fans.
That said, this was one hell of a premiere.

  4. If the ratings are like this for the remaining of this challenge I can only imagine the ratings for rivals 3 with the horrendous casting they did and multiple dq’s and injuries that occurred.

  5. The Challenges now a days cater to gaining newer, younger viewers, but in reality their just driving away the loyal viewers. I’ve always been excited for a new season, but this season I just don’t care anymore. The show has gotten so bad that I actually want it to end because it’s sad to see what was once a great show.
