Looks like Mark Long pulled it off! The OG Challenge has received the green light and the cast will be quarantining prior to departure.
This is like Double Agents in the sense that more people than needed will quarantine. Some people WILL be dropped, either for having a positive COVID test or because they were an alternate but no one on the official cast dropped. Be prepared to see some shifts. We have about two weeks until the real cast is filming.
This thread is made with the support of Vevmo and Gamer. They’re the real OGs.

No Longer On the Cast
These people are no longer in quarantine. This could be for a number of reason, such as a positive COVID test, personal matter, or being cast as an alternate.
Laterrian Wallace (Road Rules: Maximum Velocity Tour)
Abram Boise (Road Rules: South Pacific)
Kinda disappointed
Who would you like to see?
Coral
A lot of great names! Excited
first time in a LONG time I have no desire to watch. dont care about these 50yo’s. dumb!
This is a spin off, dummy – not a full blown season.
ya, you’re definitely wrong. it’s a season.
It’s a spin off but I heard that the challenges are ones that you’d see in modern seasons
Lol over half of these people are the same age of current players – stop being an ageist – be a better person
good one!
Overall I’m super excited and impressed at these names they pulled in! I’ve been watching since Battle of the Sexes 1 and Never thought we’d get the privilege of seeing most of these people back on our screens – super sad that Jemmye, Jonna, Cooke, KellyAnne, Eric, Ryan, and Cohutta are listed – praying their alternates and they don’t take a spot from a true OG. I’d gladly take them on a main season (as in my opinion they ruined the show with all of this random casting of people we know nothing about – I’m fine with one or two but when most of the cast is new it’s been super hard to watch for a few years now – I digress though)
Also for season 2 of this hope we get an epic return reunion of Rachel/Veronica/Tina with Coral and a surprise Elka return mixed in (Anne W too!)
Super grateful MTV/BMP dipped into the casting pool and found mostly all true OG’s for this – this should be EPIC!
Apparently many declined. They needed to be added to fill the spaces they could not find OG’s for.
Excited to see most of them. But there are so many more I am missing! I know it’s a shortened season, but lots of OG’s missing
So pumped for this. Looks much better than the casting we got for the last 6 years..
So glad Mark pioneered this – seems like they are adding more and more rookies to each season and it’s just not entertaining nor am I invested like I used to be.
How come I love the alternates more than some of the cast??? I want Casey and I want Cohutta and I want Heather Cooke. THEY DESERVE SO MUCH BETTER. I hope they make it crossing every finger I can and anything I can!
Omg and ryan!!!!!!! I cant believe I left that out!
Evan Kenny and abrahm are unacceptably not on the list
And no Evelyn or susie like what kinda farce is this
Evan and Kenny sexually assaulted someone during one of the seasons (allegedly). So I don’t think you’ll ever see those two on MTV again.
