Kam and Leroy have taken to Instagram to announce the birth of their son Kingston. He was born on May 17th, about three weeks ago, but the new parents are just making the announcement.
Kam and Leroy didn’t share his face, but Kam says he’s the perfect mix of both of them. He’s been growing, loves being held, and is very aware of his surroundings.
All three are doing well now, but Kam did let us know that the birth didn’t go exactly as planned. She had a C-section, but she is recovering as expected. Now, it’s a matter of adapting to parenthood.
I’m so happy to hear that the couple is doing well and enjoying life with their son. And could he have a more perfect name? Kam is Jamaican, and Kingston is the nation’s capital. But she calls him “King” for short, because it’s only fitting that Queen Kam gives birth to a King.
Kam plans to share more in the future, particularly pertaining to her labor story. But for now, it’s great to see this Challenge power couple starting their family.
